As explained more fully in the sections where users may access services reserved for website users by providing their personal data, the requested data is used to respond to requests expressly and voluntarily submitted by the user. In particular, the collection and subsequent processing of personal data are intended to pursue the institutional purposes of Frontali, and in particular to:

  • carry out the operations necessary for website registration, allowing users to stay informed about company news and to access sections reserved for registered users;
  • receive purchase orders for our products;
  • send the newsletter requested by the user

Likewise, when data is collected through paper forms or by telephone, our company will process such data exclusively for its own institutional purposes, in order to carry out the activities necessary to respond to the data subject’s requests, process orders, and keep customers informed about our products and services. The forms, whether paper or online, require data that is strictly necessary in order to provide the requested service, and failure to supply such data will make it impossible to proceed with the request. They may also include optional data.

Mandatory data is generally marked with an asterisk on online forms, while paper forms specify in the relevant notice which data is mandatory and without which the request cannot be processed. All processing carried out by Frontali is performed using paper, electronic, or telematic tools, according to procedures related to the purposes for which the data was collected and in compliance with the applicable security regulations, for the purposes specified from time to time in the notice provided to the data subject.

For purposes connected with the provision of the service requested by the data subject, data may be made available to third parties acting as independent data controllers, who provide services necessary to fulfil the user’s request, for example companies that package and deliver the ordered products, or to whom the communication of data is required by law or regulation.

Frontali may also process customer data for the purpose of sending advertising emails relating to its own products similar to those already purchased, as permitted by the Privacy Code, always giving the customer the possibility to object to the use of their data for this purpose. Likewise, in accordance with consumer protection regulations, Frontali may use customer data to send offers for its own products by post, provided that the customer has not objected. Finally, only with the customer’s consent, including consent given by telephone, Frontali may use the data for telephone sales activities or for surveys and market research.

Subject to consent, the data may also be used by Frontali to send advertising emails relating to its own products and services.

The data of registered users will also be processed in order to provide the email information service on Frontali products that has been specifically requested by the user, as well as to send any newsletter requested.

Personal data will be made available to persons expressly authorised by Frontali to carry out processing activities that are essential to achieving the purposes indicated above. The categories of persons authorised to process the data are specified from time to time in the relevant privacy notice.

In general, these include personnel responsible for providing the specific services, administration, management of information services, relations with current and prospective customers, marketing and sales, and call centre activities.

Finally, data may also be processed to comply with obligations laid down by law, regulations, or EU legislation, or, where required, may be made available to supervisory authorities.

Security of Your Personal Data

Fratelli Frontali Farm adopts appropriate preventive security measures to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, completeness, and availability of your personal data.
